Dr. Mitchell has composed electronic music using the Arp 2500 analog synthesize, MAX/MSP, tape techniques, ProTools, TouchOSC, and other systems.

A haunting and dramatic mood from the deep, includes sounds of water dripping with a submarine atmosphere.

An electroacoustic composition derived from a single note on the piano, denotes a mood of alien communication and an outer space landcape.

Musique Concrete for Stereophonic Playback. Inspired by Allen Ginsberg's Howl.

METROPLIS 

An original score for the 1927 German expressionist science-fiction film directed by Fritz Lang. The score was created on the Arp 2500 Synthesizer.
